📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing daily departmental operations and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assisting in the development and implementation of departmental strategies and objectives.,Coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve departmental goals.,Managing departmental budgets and ensuring financial efficiency.,Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to team members.,Ensuring the quality and safety of pharmaceutical products through adherence to GMP standards.,Monitoring and improving departmental processes for continuous improvement.,Representing the department in meetings and events as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry.,Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
