This role is crucial for managing and coordinating our fleet operations efficiently. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and scheduling of fleet operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Monitor and maintain records of vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, and driver performance.,Coordinate with drivers and logistics teams to resolve any issues or delays in fleet operations.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies regarding fleet management.,Assist in the preparation of reports and data related to fleet performance and operations.,Provide support in the procurement and management of fleet vehicles and equipment.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.,Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
