📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct credit assessments and manage credit applications.
• Manage collections and follow up on overdue payments.
• Communicate with customers to resolve payment issues and maintain positive relationships.
• Generate and analyze reports on credit and collections data.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of credit and collections issues.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of credit and collections activities.
• Provide regular updates to management on the status of credit and collections activities.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures related to credit and collections.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in credit and collections, preferably in a financial services or publishing industry.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of credit scoring and collections processes.
• Certification in credit management or collections is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required.
