🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in preschool or kindergarten teaching
• Certification in Early Childhood Education (e.g., CPCE, ECE, or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of child development and learning theories
