The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a passion for ensuring our vehicles are well-maintained and efficiently utilized. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are properly maintained and efficiently utilized.,Oversee the scheduling and routing of vehicles, ensuring timely and efficient transportation of goods and personnel.,Monitor vehicle performance and fuel consumption, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving measures.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise.,Ensure all vehicles are regularly inspected and serviced, and that all necessary documentation is up-to-date.,Work closely with the procurement team to negotiate and secure the best deals on vehicle maintenance and repairs.,Provide training and support to drivers to ensure they are knowledgeable and skilled in operating the company's vehicles.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.
