📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback,Manage employee benefits and compensation,Assist in organizational development initiatives,Provide guidance on HR-related matters to managers and employees

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Generalist role,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus
