Shine Hub Indonesia is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Staff to join our team in Singkawang, Kalimantan Barat. This is a hybrid role, offering the best of both worlds: the flexibility of remote work and the engagement of an office environment.

As an HR Staff, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR team in managing employee relations, recruitment, and other HR functions. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the onboarding process, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process
• Maintain and update employee records
• Support the HR team in managing employee relations
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies
• Provide administrative support to the HR department
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives
• Assist in the organization of HR-related events and activities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR
• Good understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
• Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment
