📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Collecting blood samples from patients in their homes using state-of-the-art equipment such as blood collection kits, needles, and syringes.
• Ensuring patient comfort and safety throughout the blood collection process.
• Following strict medical protocols and guidelines to maintain accuracy and quality in blood sample collection.
• Recording and documenting patient information, including sample types and collection times, using electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure timely sample delivery to the laboratory.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to strict hygiene standards to prevent contamination and infection.
• Assisting with patient education on the importance of blood testing and the blood collection process.
• Reporting any unusual findings or concerns to the supervising healthcare provider immediately.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Certification as a Phlebotomist from an accredited institution, such as the National Phlebotomy Association (NPA) or the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in phlebotomy, with a strong background in homecare or community health settings.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems and other relevant medical software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare teams.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and hygiene.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for traveling to patient locations.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
