Indonesia Construction is seeking a dynamic and experienced Procurement Staff to join our team in Sidoarjo, Jawa Timur. This is an immediate opportunity for someone who is passionate about procurement and wants to make a difference in the construction industry.

As a Procurement Staff, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring that our projects are completed on time and within budget. You will work closely with our project managers and suppliers to secure the best possible deals and maintain strong relationships.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage the procurement process from start to finish, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.
  • Ensure that all procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and maintain procurement reports and documentation.
  • Attend meetings and events as required.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the management.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of construction industry is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license is a plus.
