📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Screen and evaluate resumes to identify the most suitable candidates for the job openings.,Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Schedule and facilitate interviews, including phone screens, in-person interviews, and assessments.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient hiring.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.,Provide regular reports to the hiring manager on the status of the recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
