FWD Life Insurance Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Incident & Problem Management Specialist to join our IT Operations team in Canggu, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and resolving critical IT incidents and problems to ensure minimal disruption to our business operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT service management, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to maintaining high service levels.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the Incident and Problem Management processes to ensure quick resolution of IT issues.,Analyze and diagnose complex IT incidents and problems to identify root causes.,Coordinate with various IT teams and stakeholders to resolve critical issues.,Develop and implement solutions to prevent recurrence of problems.,Monitor and report on IT service performance and availability.,Ensure compliance with IT service management best practices and standards.,Provide training and guidance to junior team members on incident and problem management.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance IT service delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Certifications such as ITIL v4, PMP, or equivalent are a plus.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in Incident and Problem Management.,Strong knowledge of IT service management frameworks and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience in insurance industry is a plus.
