Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning,Manage and train store staff to maintain high service standards,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations,Assist in inventory management and ordering processes,Plan and execute promotional activities to boost sales,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role,Strong leadership and communication skills,Proficient in using retail management software and tools,Understanding of sales and marketing strategies,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Experience in managing a team and driving performance,Knowledge of Indonesian retail industry and market trends
