📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the construction of luxury resorts and commercial projects in Bali, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Manage a team of construction professionals, including project managers, site supervisors, and engineers.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and quality control measures.
• Develop and implement construction plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or challenges that arise.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to project specifications and safety protocols.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure project success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
• Proficient in using project management software such as Procore, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Project.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage a team and work effectively with stakeholders.
