📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular visits to client locations to collect outstanding payments and resolve any issues related to debt recovery.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure timely and full payment of outstanding amounts.
• Prepare detailed reports on collection activities, including client interactions, payment statuses, and follow-up actions.
• Collaborate with the collection team to develop and implement strategies for improving collection efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and internal policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Monitor and update client accounts to reflect the status of outstanding payments.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge in debt recovery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in debt recovery or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and banking practices.
• Familiarity with collection management software such as SAP or similar systems.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for field visits.
