Place New Ekspansindo is looking for a Lead Cashier to join our team in Jepara. As a Lead Cashier, you will be responsible for managing our cashier team, ensuring smooth operations, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the cashier team to ensure efficient and effective operations.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent service and solutions.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.,Monitor cash handling and inventory to prevent losses and shortages.,Train and develop new cashiers to ensure high standards of service.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Report to management on daily operations and performance metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a cashier or similar role.,Proven experience in managing a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good knowledge of accounting and financial transactions.,Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,High school diploma or equivalent.
