📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and coordinate a team of delivery drivers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Plan and optimize delivery routes to minimize travel time and fuel consumption.
  • Monitor and maintain the condition of delivery vehicles to ensure they are in good working order.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Provide training and support to team members to improve their skills and performance.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure that all deliveries are made on time and in good condition.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role in the logistics industry.
  • Proven track record of managing and coordinating a team of delivery drivers.
  • Strong knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns in Balikpapan.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
