Den Local Unggul is seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Tutor to join our team in Ubud, Bali. As a Lead Tutor, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality English language courses to students of various ages and proficiency levels. You will also be expected to mentor and guide junior tutors, ensuring consistent and excellent teaching standards across the team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and deliver engaging and effective English language lessons tailored to the needs of individual students,Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their language skills,Mentor and guide junior tutors, providing ongoing support and training to ensure high-quality teaching standards,Collaborate with the curriculum development team to create and update course materials and lesson plans,Conduct regular class observations and provide feedback to junior tutors to support their professional growth,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of the teaching team's overall strategy and goals,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and attendance,Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters student engagement and motivation

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, English Language, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience as an English language tutor or teacher,Strong knowledge of English language teaching methodologies and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit the diverse needs of students,Fluency in both spoken and written English,Experience in mentoring and training junior tutors,Proficiency in using educational technology and online learning platforms
