📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the coffee shop, including sales, inventory, and customer service.
  • Manage and train a team of baristas and staff to ensure high-quality service and product knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Analyze sales data and implement strategies to improve performance.
  • Collaborate with the corporate office to ensure consistency in brand standards and operations.
  • Participate in inventory management and procurement to ensure adequate supply of coffee and other products.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the coffee or hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
  • Passion for coffee and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
