📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assisting management with daily tasks and scheduling appointments
  • Managing and maintaining office documents and records
  • Handling administrative tasks such as travel arrangements and meeting logistics
  • Providing support to the management team with various projects and initiatives
  • Ensuring the office runs smoothly by coordinating with other departments
  • Assisting with the preparation of reports and presentations
  • Providing excellent customer service to clients and visitors

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Fluent in Indonesian and English
  • Ability to travel as required
