Mart Port Dinamis is looking for a dedicated and friendly Receptionist to join our team in Parepare, Sulawesi Selatan. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and visitors, ensuring they have a positive experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist customers and visitors with a friendly and professional manner.,Answer and direct incoming calls and emails to the appropriate department.,Check-in and check-out guests, and manage reservations.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area.,Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.,Monitor and maintain security and safety protocols at the reception area.,Provide information about the company and its services.,Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic security and safety protocols.,Fluent in Indonesian, with English skills a plus.
