📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis and prepare job descriptions.,Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels.,Screen and evaluate resumes to identify potential candidates.,Schedule and conduct interviews with potential candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to gather feedback and make hiring decisions.,Maintain a strong understanding of the company culture and values.,Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.,Provide support to the HR team in other recruitment-related tasks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR information systems and applicant tracking software.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven track record of successful hiring and onboarding.
