📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage preparation.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the restaurant is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase customer traffic and revenue.,Manage and motivate a team of staff, providing training and development opportunities as needed.,Ensure that all financial targets are met, including sales, profit, and customer satisfaction.,Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure a consistent and high-quality supply of ingredients.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Ensure that all legal and regulatory requirements are met, including food safety and labor laws.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field.,A strong understanding of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, cost control, and inventory management.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,A passion for food and hospitality, with a commitment to providing exceptional service to customers.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.,A valid food safety and hygiene certificate.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,A clean driving record and the ability to drive a company vehicle.
