📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.,Manage and motivate a team of chefs, servers, and support staff to ensure high levels of performance.,Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and served according to company standards and regulations.,Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and expenses.,Ensure that the restaurant is clean, safe, and welcoming for customers.,Work with the marketing team to promote the restaurant and attract new customers.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the restaurant is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, cost control, and inventory management.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations, and a commitment to providing a safe and welcoming environment for customers and staff.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.,Previous experience working in a similar role in a fast-paced, high-volume environment is a plus.,Ability to speak and understand Indonesian fluently.
