📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers.,Promote and sell products to meet sales targets.,Maintain a clean and organized retail space.,Assist in stock management and inventory control.,Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.,Participate in store events and promotions to boost sales.,Provide product knowledge and advice to customers.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Proven experience in retail sales or customer service is a plus.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.,Familiarity with basic computer skills and retail software is a plus.,Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new products and trends.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
