Up Town Indonesia is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Assistant & Cashier to join our team in Bantul. As a Sales Assistant & Cashier, you will be responsible for assisting in sales transactions, managing cash transactions, and providing excellent customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Assist in sales transactions by greeting customers, recommending products, and processing payments.Manage cash transactions, including counting cash, handling deposits, and reconciling cash registers.Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues.Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and cleaning as needed.Assist in inventory management by counting stock, ordering supplies, and reporting any discrepancies.Collaborate with the sales team to meet daily and weekly sales targets.Stay up-to-date with store policies and procedures, and follow all safety guidelines.Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
High school diploma or equivalent.Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.Basic knowledge of cash handling and inventory management.Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.Ability to lift and move items up to 20 pounds.Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.🛠️ Keahlian
