📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Providing individual and group counseling to students to address personal, social, and academic concerns.
• Developing and implementing counseling programs and activities to promote student well-being and development.
• Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student success.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of school-wide initiatives to promote a positive school climate.
• Conducting assessments and providing recommendations for students with learning, behavioral, or emotional challenges.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential records of student counseling sessions.
• Participating in professional development activities to stay current with best practices in school counseling.
• Promoting a safe and inclusive school environment where all students feel valued and respected.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• A bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a School Counselor or in a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
• Familiarity with school counseling best practices and techniques.
• Valid certification as a School Counselor or willingness to obtain one.
