Bidang Intan Bakery is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Fleet Coordinator to manage and optimize our fleet operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics, fleet management, and a proven track record of improving operational efficiency. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and timely delivery of our products, and we are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the company's fleet, including vehicles, drivers, and maintenance schedules.,Monitor and optimize fuel consumption, route planning, and vehicle utilization to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies related to fleet operations.,Coordinate with drivers, maintenance teams, and other departments to address any issues or concerns related to fleet operations.,Conduct regular fleet audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities, including vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, and driver performance.,Provide regular reports and updates to management on fleet performance and operational efficiency.,Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet productivity, safety, and cost-effectiveness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Proven ability to manage and optimize fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance, fuel management, and route planning.,Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.
