📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality.,Manage and train production staff to maintain high standards.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.,Implement and maintain health and safety protocols.,Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards.,Monitor production costs and implement cost-saving measures.,Conduct regular quality checks to ensure product consistency.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Culinary Arts, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the food production industry.,Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and standards.,Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with inventory management and cost control.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
