🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

6+ months of experience in a BPO or customer service role,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Familiarity with customer service software and tools,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Proficient in English (both written and spoken),Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred but not required),Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team
