📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure,Process check-in and check-out transactions accurately and efficiently,Handle cash and card transactions securely and professionally,Maintain and update guest records and reservation systems,Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest inquiries and complaints,Assist with front desk tasks such as key card distribution and room assignments,Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless guest experience,Follow up with guests to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience,Previous experience in customer service or cashiering roles is a plus,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with basic computer and office software is a plus,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities
