📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of the EV pool, including vehicle maintenance, delivery, and customer service.
• Ensure all vehicles are in optimal condition and meet safety and performance standards.
• Manage and train a team of EV technicians and customer service representatives.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to EV operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in EV operations, sales, or customer service.
• Certification in EV maintenance or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in managing teams and driving operational efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of EV technologies and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Salesforce, QuickBooks, and Google Workspace.
