📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement inventory optimization strategies to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.
Lead the implementation of advanced inventory management systems such as SAP and Oracle.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of inventory data across multiple channels.
Analyze sales data and market trends to forecast inventory requirements accurately.
Monitor inventory levels in real-time and take corrective actions to maintain optimal stock levels.
Develop and enforce inventory policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
Conduct regular audits and reviews of inventory processes to identify areas for improvement.
Provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in inventory management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in inventory management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of successfully implementing inventory optimization projects.
Certification in inventory management or a related field is a plus.
Strong knowledge of inventory management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools like Excel.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
