📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and coordinate integrated social care initiatives to improve community healthcare in Bali.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with local healthcare providers, government agencies, and international organizations.
• Develop and implement comprehensive social care strategies aligned with community needs and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate care services to ensure high-quality and accessible healthcare for all community members.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of social care programs, making data-driven decisions to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that prioritizes the well-being of the community.
• Represent Allied Search Pte. Ltd. at local and national healthcare forums and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Social Work, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in social care, community healthcare, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of local healthcare regulations and standards in Bali.
• Proven ability to lead and manage integrated social care initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with data analysis and program evaluation.
• Certification in community healthcare management or a related field is a plus.
