📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial property advisory
• Strong knowledge of the Indonesian real estate market
• Proficient in using real estate software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Property Management Systems
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Certified in relevant real estate certifications such as CRE, SRES, or equivalent
