🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Nursing, or a related healthcare field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical or healthcare setting, with a focus on hemodialysis.
• Certification in hemodialysis or a related clinical specialty (e.g., Certified Dialysis Practitioner, Certified Peritoneal Dialysis Nurse).
• Strong knowledge of dialysis equipment and procedures, including machines like Fresenius, Gambro, and NxStage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with a diverse team.
