🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a similar role in the banking industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or SAP is a plus.
