Environment Foreman (Contract) - Mining & Natural Resources

As our Environment Foreman, you'll oversee daily environmental monitoring and management activities, ensuring that our operations adhere to all regulatory requirements and industry best practices. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain environmental protection measures, conduct risk assessments, and develop strategies to minimize environmental impact.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and manage environmental compliance activities to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments of environmental impact, including air, water, and soil quality.
• Develop and implement environmental protection strategies and measures to minimize the impact of mining activities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of environmental initiatives.
• Monitor and report on environmental performance metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct training and awareness programs for staff on environmental protection and safety measures.
• Ensure compliance with environmental laws and regulations, including permits and licenses.
• Develop and maintain environmental management systems and procedures in accordance with international standards such as ISO 14001.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in environmental management, preferably in the mining industry.
• Certification in environmental management systems, such as ISO 14001, is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of environmental laws and regulations, including permits and licenses.
• Proficient in using environmental management software such as SAP, ArcGIS, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ability to travel and work in remote and challenging environments.
