In this role, you will work closely with the Finance team to prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual tax reports, ensuring all filings are accurate and submitted on time. You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating tax-related documentation, conducting regular audits, and providing support during tax inspections. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual tax reports.
• Maintain and update tax-related documentation and records.
• Ensure compliance with local and international tax laws and regulations.
• Conduct regular tax audits and inspections, and provide support during tax assessments.
• Analyze financial data to identify tax-saving opportunities and provide recommendations.
• Collaborate with the Finance team to ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.
• Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations, and provide training to team members as needed.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other reporting requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax compliance and reporting, preferably in a healthcare or financial services environment.
• Proficiency in tax software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
