📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure high standards of food quality and customer service.,Manage and train restaurant staff to maintain high performance and customer satisfaction.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage inventory and procurement to optimize costs and ensure availability of supplies.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to maintain high-quality ingredients and products.,Ensure the restaurant is clean, well-maintained, and visually appealing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field.,Proven track record of successfully managing restaurant operations.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Experience with POS systems and inventory management software.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food handling standards.,Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.,Familiarity with marketing and customer service best practices.
